Review & Appraisal process

Put simply - Employees deserve appraisals!

They take 1 hour maximum and can be done every 3, 6 or 12 months!

Both parties get the chance to talk about how the employee is getting on in the role, whether  any support or training is needed in order to do the job better, give feedback, raise any concerns and talk about how they both see things going in the future.

Plenty of companies do not carry out regular formal reviews/appraisals with their employees, so if you don’t, don’t worry too much.  We can highlight the benefits of the Appraisal process to you and give you the skills to be able to hold an effective appraisal or review session.
