Courtney Consultancy Ltd offers a range of HR & Recruitment services designed to help local businesses to manage their HR more effectively.

Training

Sometimes, rather than bring in an HR Expert to take care of things for you, you want to know how to go about things yourself.  We can help with that.

Courtney Consultancy has started to deliver training in 2010, in line with our clients demand, and currently has a small number of courses available, but this list is growing month by month.

Each course is designed to meet the needs of most small businesses, and give you all the information you need and make you feel a lot more confident when dealing with these issues.

Depending on eligibility for funding, you may be able to have 100% or up to 50% of the cost of the course paid for you!

Courses currently available are:

Review & Appraisal process

Many small companies do not carry out regular formal reviews/appraisals with their employees; this is a shame as they can bring about great company loyalty, job satisfaction, increase staff retention and as a result, company success. The employee gets a chance to discuss their progress, thoughts and aims, and the employer gets the opportunity to praise good work, and raise concerns. This is a ‘win-win’ situation thing – If you don’t do it, you should certainly put it into place.

Find out ALL you need to know with this great little training day.
