An agency does not receive payment until they place a new employee with you, so understandably, the pressure is on to make sure that one of their candidates gets your job!
Instead of taking this approach, we come in and get to know your company, understand your culture and the needs within the new role and then start to advertise and recruit specifically for your vacancy. During this time, we work for you and you alone, in the same way that a HR team would. For providing this service, we agree a fixed rate with you.
This way you can be sure that we have your best interests in mind, and will focus on identifying the best possible candidate for your company.
