Attracting & managing applicants – We advertise the position, and deal with all applications
Selecting candidates – We assess all applications, and using a combination of telephone and face to face interview, are able to identify those who could be ideal for your role
Shortlisting – You will be briefed on a shortlist of candidates, all of whom are potentially suitable for your role. We then arrange 2nd stage interviews for you, which you can carry out alone, or we can hold these with you
Eligibility to work in the UK – Just as it says, we check the candidates eligibility to work
Job Offer – Once a candidate has been selected, we take care of the formal offering process for you, in line with legal obligations
Personnel File – Not sure what needs to go in this? Let us handle it!
Contract of Employment – All new employees must receive one within 2 months of starting; we can take care of this for you
Induction – On the new employees 1st day, you should carry out an Induction – We can set one up for you to follow
What makes us different from a recruitment agency? Courtney Consultancy works for YOU. We would agree with you a fixed fee for the work carried out, or an hourly/daily rate and during that time we work for you and you alone. We are your HR team at that time, and seek out new candidates specifically for your role, with your company in mind. As opposed to only receiving payment if you take on a candidate, we do not work to that same pressure to just get someone, maybe anyone into that job!
